Yes, a 50% deposit is payable to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final payment.

Your deposit is non-refundable in the event you need to cancel your booking within 28 days of the requested setup date. We will always do our best to help you re-arrange your booking. 

We will always try to setup the party in your desired location however if the forecast changes we will require alternative indoor provision for the setup. If the indoor space is not suitable to accommodate any extras you have booked, we will refund this part of the booking subject to advanced notice being given prior to arrival.

We will pre-arrange a time to collect the hired items. Do not worry about packing anything away as we will do this when we arrive. We will provide you with a plastic storage box to place used crockery into.
